# Troubleshooting

> Diagnose authentication, queue, review, and integration failures

### Authentication fails

Run `veridical auth status`, confirm the endpoint, and repeat device login.
Owners should verify the WorkOS client, issuer, audience, organization mapping,
SSO/MFA policy, and system clock.

### Repository is missing

Run `veridical workspace list` and `veridical repository list --workspace ...`.
Verify forge installation scope and workspace membership.

### Review cannot run

Read the capability and execution receipt. Common causes are incomplete source
checkout, unsupported ecosystem, missing approved toolchain, worker capacity,
or isolation policy. Do not interpret cannot-run as a clean result.

### Integration delivery fails

Inspect the admin integration-health surface. Rotate the referenced credential,
confirm provider scopes and channel/project identity, and retry only transient
failures. Permanent authorization errors require a new installation.

### Support escalation

Include deployment/release version, UTC time range, workspace and correlation
IDs, expected/actual behavior, and the inspected support bundle. Do not send
tokens, database URLs, raw source, or unredacted receipt content.
